Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy:
Although items are shipped from countries outside of the UK, all return are processed through our UK offices, making the return process a very simple one for our UK customers.
We offer a 14 day return policy on all items, no questions asked. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We advise you use a tracked shipping method for your return.
- Returned items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging - to view your orders and request a return/exchange, please click here: Request A Return
- The Little Ones will cover the cost to return any items that arrive damaged - please note that small differences in colour, style or expected quality is not grounds for a free return.
- An item is only considered lost if it is not delivered within 30 days of placing the order. If your item has not arrived after 30 days please email us at customerservices@thelittleones.co.uk
- Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund to appear back in your account
- All gift cards are non refundable
Order Amendments After Purchase:
We aim to process and ship all orders quickly and therefore once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, it may not be possible to make changes to your order.
