Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service  (please allow 1-2 working days for us to process and ship your order). FREE 

Rushed Delivery: Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service (please allow 1 working day for us to process and ship your order).  £9.50

*Please note an extra working day is added to the above processing times for all personalised orders 

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery (Items must be ordered before 2pm to receive the following day) £12.50

We cannot guarantee a same day shipment for orders placed after 2pm (they will be processed for next day delivery the following morning).

Any Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Friday, a weekend or bank holiday will be processed and shipped the next working day. 

Your items will be posted via a Royal Mail fully tracked service. The items are our responsibility until marked delivered by the Royal Mail tracked service. You will be entitled to a re-send or refund if the items are lost in transit (this must be shown via the tracking). We will not take responsibility for lost items after they have been marked as delivered via the Royal Mail tracked service. 


Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange. For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be kept in the original packaging. Please follow the return process below. 

1. Send an email stating you would like a return/exchange to 

2. Please include your name and order number in the email 

3. You will be sent a return form and instructions on where to post your return. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. The Little Ones suggest sending items using a tracked service as The Little Ones will not take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

4. We will process your refund within 7-10 days of the receipt of your item 

** Faulty or damaged items will be covered for return postage (this will be decided at the discretion of the returns team), please ensure to state this to the returns team when submitting your return form along with pictures of the item in question. The team will respond as to whether they can cover shipping and if so, you will have a further 7 days to return the item from when you receive the return label. 

Please note, if the above procedure is not followed, this will delay the return process. The address listed in the footer of our website is NOT a return address, please do not send parcels there.
