Delivery and Returns


We offer a standard 48Hour delivery service for £1.80

Our items are delivered via the Royal Mail 48Hour service. (please allow 1-2 working days for us to process and ship your order) 

We also offer a next day delivery service for £12.50, items must be ordered before 2pm to be shipped out the same day on a next day delivery service.

We cannot guarantee a same day shipment for orders placed after 2pm (they will be processed for next day delivery the following morning). Any orders placed on Friday after 2pm, a weekend or bank holiday will be processed and shipped the next working day. 


Our refund policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange. 

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be kept in the original packaging. 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged you must inform us by emailing with pictures before sending the item back. We will not accept responsibility for damaged items if returned without proof of damage before shipment (we will cover shipment costs in cases of damaged or faulty items - based on the discretion of our refund team)

​Any item returned to us which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any item which has been customised has a strict no-returns policy.

​Refunds (if applicable)

Any item purchased may be returned without question for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item if:​ the incorrect item has been ordered, the quality of the item is not to the customers satisfaction, the item delivered does not match the online description. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please include your order number and reason for return. 

Once the returned item has been received it will be inspected and only we have the right to determine the returned product's condition. Your refund request will not be accepted if;

The items are damaged due to the fault of the customer or the return shipping process. The item's tags have been removed or the item has been altered in any way

Once approved we will process your return and issue a full refund within 5-7 working days.

*Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled; once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot issue a refund until the item has arrived at the shipping address and has been returned to us. If you need to amend or cancel an order please email with the order details and our team will do our best to satisfy your request.
