All services on this website are available to you based on your acceptance of the below terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any given time. By visiting the website, engaging in our services and making any purchases, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions; please read all terms and conditions carefully before using the website.

All new features, which may be added at a later date, shall also be subject to the terms of service. The Little Ones reserves the right to modify the terms or add new content at any point by posting updates and it is your responsibility to check this page for these changes.

Our store is hosted by WorldPay; providing us with the platform to sell our products and services to you. You understand that your content may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information will always be encrypted during transfer over networks.

By agreeing to these terms you state that you are the age of majority in your state or province and have given permission for any minor dependents to use this site. You must not use any product on this site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction by using our services. The Little Ones is not responsible for any information that may be inaccurate. You will rely on the information on the website at your own risk. The Little Ones reserves the right to modify its content without the obligation to update any information on this website. It is your responsibility to monitor changes to the website. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of any changes made to the website. Prices for our products are subject to change without any notice. The Little Ones also reserves the right to discontinue the service without notice at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party as a result. The Little Ones cannot guarantee that the colours and images of our products are correctly displayed on your computer screens and will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies. All products will be subject to return or exchange only according to the The Little Ones returns policy. The Little Ones reserves the right to also limit sales of any product or service at any given time.​

The Little Ones is able to refuse any order you place or limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. The Little Ones will also cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers or distributors. You must agree to provide current and accurate information in regards to purchases and accounts and keep this information up to date in order for The Little Ones to complete your order and contact you if required.

SECTION FIVE - THIRD PARTY LINKS

The Little Ones is not affiliated with any third-party websites which you may be directed to via links on this website. The Little Ones, therefore, cannot be held liable for any harm or damage related to purchases or the use of the service on any other website. You are to review the policies of the third party website before you engage in any transaction and any complaints or concerns should be directed to the third party.​

Any comments, suggestions, proposals or plans you may send to us can be used by The Little Ones at any time and The Little Ones will be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or to respond to any comments. Your comments must not violate any right of any third party and will not contain any abusive material; they will also not contain any virus or malware that will be harmful to the running of the website.

You must not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or mislead The Little Ones or any other third party when making purchases or posting any comments or suggestions to the website. The Little Ones will not take responsibility for your comments or that of any third party.

SECTION EIGHT - WARRENTIES, LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES

The Little Ones cannot be held responsible if the use of this service is interrupted, un-secure or in error. The Little Ones may from time to time remove the service or cancel it all together without notice. Your use, or inability to use the service is at your own risk. As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Little Ones and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION TEN - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION ELEVEN - DELIVERY 

UK Orders: 

  • Our headquarters are based in the UK, however orders are shipped from outside of the UK and will take 12-18 working days to be delivered. 
  • We currently provide FREE standard shipping on all orders which includes tracking. A tracking code will be provided once the item has been shipped and the tracking will be updated once the item has entered the UK. 
  • Processing time on all orders is 2-3 working days in addition to shipping. If you place an order during seasonal sales, please allow 3-4 working days for the order to be processed and shipped.
  • We can only guarantee that your order will be shipped on time from our warehouses, we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time as this is the hands of our shipping partners.
  • Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the price and and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country. 
  • Once your shipment is received by our delivery partner, we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing the order. 

International Orders: 

  • Costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and prices will depend on the destination country. 
  • We currently ship to all destinations, if shipping is unavailable for you at checkout, please contact us for further help by emailing customerservices@thelittleones.co.uk
  • Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the price and and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country.
  • Once your shipment is received by our delivery partner, we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing the order. 

Please note that some of our larger stuffed toys/items are delivered flat packed and will require some time to regain their shape  

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns Policy: 

Although items are shipped from countries outside of the UK, all return are processed through our UK offices, making the return process a very simple one for our UK customers. 

We offer a 14 day return policy on all items, no questions asked. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We advise you use a tracked shipping method for your return. 

  • Returned items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging - to view your orders and request a return/exchange, please click here: Request A Return
  • The Little Ones will cover the cost to return any items that arrive damaged - please note that small differences in colour, style or expected quality is not grounds for a free return. 
  • An item is only considered lost if it is not delivered within 30 days of placing the order. If your item has not arrived after 30 days please email us at customerservices@thelittleones.co.uk 
  • Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund to appear back in your account
  • All gift cards are non refundable 

Order Amendments After Purchase: 

We aim to process and ship all orders quickly and therefore once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, it may not be possible to make changes to your order. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you require an order amendment please email us at customerservices@thelittleones.co.uk 

SECTION TWELVE - RETURNS/REFUNDS

The Little Ones return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, The Little Ones are unable to offer a refund or an exchange. For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be kept in the original packaging. Please follow the return process below.

Please note, if the above procedure is not followed, this will delay the return process. Any returns sent back without submitting the above form will not be processed. The address listed in the footer of our website is NOT a return address, please do not send parcels there.

PERSONALISED ITEMS: 

Personalised items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. 

If an item arrives damaged we will organise a replacement for you. Please note, a difference in expected quality does not fall into the category of a damaged or faulty item, items can vary slightly from pictures on the website. 

- Late delivery will not be considered a cause for return for personalised items, please be mindful of Royal Mail strikes and delays

(we are currently offering FREE delivery for this purpose)
