Shipping & Delivery

UK Orders: 

• Our headquarters are based in the UK, however orders are shipped from outside of the UK and will take 12-18 working days to be delivered. 
• We currently provide FREE standard shipping on all orders which includes tracking. A tracking code will be provided once the item has been shipped and the tracking will be updated once the item has entered the UK. 
• Processing time on all orders is 2-3 working days in addition to shipping. If you place an order during seasonal sales, please allow 3-4 working days for the order to be processed and shipped.
• We can only guarantee that your order will be shipped on time from our warehouses, we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time as this is the hands of our shipping partners.
• Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the price and and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country. 
• Once your shipment is received by our delivery partner, we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing the order. 

International Orders: 

• Costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and prices will depend on the destination country. 
• We currently ship to all destinations, if shipping is unavailable for you at checkout, please contact us for further help by emailing customerservices@thelittleones.co.uk
• Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the price and and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country.
• Once your shipment is received by our delivery partner, we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing the order. 

Please note that some of our larger stuffed toys/items are delivered flat packed and will require some time to regain their shape
