Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your purchase.

Any returns sent back without submitting the above form will not be processed. The address listed in the footer of our website is NOT a return address, please do not send parcels there.

PERSONALISED ITEMS: 

Personalised items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. If an item arrives damaged we will organise an exchange. 

- Late delivery will not be considered a cause for return, please be mindful of Royal Mail strikes and delays
